we act as a confidential mentor and sounding board on strategic and/or sensitive organizational effectiveness matters, including strategic planning, lean thinking, management practices, and employee attraction/retention. Services are provided to
individuals and/or teams, including participation in strategy discussions.

Ideal for small and mid-sized businesses and non-profits
that would benefit from senior-level guidance and support for members of the executive team, and/or to mentor individuals responsible for executing HR initiatives within their organization.
Typical engagement:
8 - 24 hours per month.

We become a member of your leadership team, and provide stewardship in navigating the HR complexities of the modern
business world.
